Job summary

Hawthorne Cat is seeking a Finance Coordinator to coordinate financing of equipment sales and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include processing credit applications, verifying information, and generating loan/lease documents.

The role involves collaborating with sales, credit, and operations, updating teams on deal status, and maintaining accurate records in Excel. A Bachelor's degree is required, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned company that emphasizes PRIDE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret finance contracts.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all credit applications and sales orders for equipment financing.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of applications and customer information.
• Follow-up with sales and operations to obtain additional information.
• Provide updates and feedback to sales on deal status (approved, declined, conditioned).
• Follow up with Hawthorne Machinery and CatFi to assure timely transactions.
• Review/generate/distribute loan & lease documents; ensure 100% accuracy.
• Upload invoices and required docs to electronic storage prior to submittal.
• Provide quotes or finance proposals to sales reps and assist with rates/programs.
• Work with credit department on new customer credit applications.
• Maintain finance details in Excel; manage filing and document storage.
