Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Advanced Excel and SAP FICO with FI/CO understanding.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and month-end close.
• Clear communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Closing, reporting, and financial stewardship.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and management reporting.
• Review accounting activities with Shared Service Center and drive real-time reporting improvements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and support review meetings.
• Monitor working capital, A/R, collections, inventory, fixed assets, and KPIs.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and explain variances.
• Analyze, forecast, and partner with business leaders on results and actions.
• Support forecasts, annual planning, budgets, and cost optimization; challenge assumptions with data.
• Identify risks/opportunities and contribute to business cases and financial studies.
• Translate financial data into concise recommendations and presentations.
• Ensure compliance and conduct control assessments, SOX-like reviews, and audits.
• Develop reporting tools using SAP, Excel, Power BI; drive automation and data quality.
