Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance/controlling with manufacturing or supply chain exposure.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel and planning tools; data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site management and cross-functional teams to drive performance and productivity.
• Lead cost accounting and product costing with site management and departments.
• Coordinate annual budget, mid/long-range plans, and forecasts with FP&A teams.
• Oversee monthly reporting templates and track deviations with actionable insights.
• Improve forecast accuracy and manage enterprise risk through predictive outlooks.
• Advise on key business decisions and support new ways of working across functions.
