Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in a finance/controlling position.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain, and in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA/Master’s preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP workflows in production/manufacturing (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site management and cross-functional teams to drive performance.
• Lead cost accounting and product costing with site management and departments.
• Partner with FP&A for annual budget, long-range plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate monthly reporting templates with finance teams.
• Review monthly performance and explain deviations and risks.
• Improve forecast accuracy and provide insights to frame assumptions.
• Advise on key business decisions and growth opportunities.
• Support monthly close, ad-hoc projects, and internal consulting efforts.
