Job summary

RF Technologies, Inc. in Brookfield, WI, is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting organization and ensure the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, and cash management.

This leader will oversee AP, AR, and accounting teams and partner with senior leadership to drive accuracy and operational excellence. The role requires at least a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 7+ years of experience, 3+ years of leadership, ERP and Excel expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Experience overseeing AP, AR, general accounting, and month-end close processes.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting teams.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and treasury on financial matters.
