Job summary

RF Technologies, Inc. in Brookfield, WI, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, oversee month-end close, general ledger, and internal controls.

You will partner with the VP of Finance and business teams to drive accurate financial reporting and process improvements. This role covers accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, inventory valuation, audit support, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting staff and set day-to-day priorities with coaching.
• Coordinate monthly close and maintain the general ledger and controls.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
• Manage inventory accounting and cost accounting functions.
• Support budgeting/forecasting with VP, Finance.
