Embarc Advisors seeks a content marketing specialist with a finance focus to articulate the firm’s voice, publish thought leadership, and manage LinkedIn presence targeting founders, CEOs, and PE sponsors.

You will translate complex deal concepts into engaging content, collaborate with senior staff, and build campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral that drive qualified conversations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing, content, or comms with finance sector exposure.
• Strong business writing and samples required.
• Fluent with corporate finance concepts and deal processes.
• Hands-on LinkedIn marketing, both organic and paid.
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM, HubSpot preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva and advanced PowerPoint.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form thought leadership on M&A, diligence, and CFO topics.
• Ghostwrite for the Managing Partner and practice leaders.
• Develop case studies and client success narratives under confidentiality.
• Create sales enablement content: decks, one-pagers, collateral, emails.
• Plan editorial calendar aligned to quarterly rocks.
• Interview partners and clients to source original insights.
• Manage LinkedIn presence end to end: posting cadence, audiences, engagement, analytics.
• Plan and execute paid LinkedIn campaigns and audience targeting.
• Design visual assets in Canva and format presentations in PowerPoint.
• Support marketing operations: HubSpot workflows, data hygiene, and reporting.
• Assist webinars, events, and website updates.
