Job summary

Tidal Financial Group seeks a content leader to own strategy and execution for the brand across LinkedIn, video, newsletters, and web. You will translate complex financial concepts into engaging content for advisors, investors, and partners, collaborating with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and on-brand messaging.

You will plan and produce content, drive thought leadership, manage editorial calendars, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content creation experience in financial services or regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Portfolio showing finance content is engaging and accurate
• Strong writing and editing across platforms; adaptable tone
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory review processes
• Detail-oriented with zero typos or inconsistencies
• Data-driven and able to use metrics to guide content strategy
• Creative ideas with attention to accuracy and audience fit
• Video production and editing experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and produce content across social, email, and web to build authority in financial services
• Translate complex financial topics into engaging content for clients and internal communications
• Drive thought leadership campaigns for credibility with advisors and investors
