Embarc Advisors, a finance-focused advisory firm, is seeking a content marketing specialist to translate complex M&A, CFO, and corporate finance topics into engaging content. You will own voice across articles, thought leadership, and LinkedIn, reaching founders, private equity sponsors, and deal intermediaries.

Bring 3–5+ years of marketing in investment banking, PE, or corporate finance, with strong writing and the ability to ghostwrite for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing/content with direct experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong business writing with samples required.
• Working fluency in corporate finance concepts and deal processes.
• Hands-on LinkedIn marketing experience including paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form thought leadership on M&A, diligence, and CFO topics.
• Ghostwrite for the Managing Partner and practice leaders, capturing distinct voices.
• Develop case studies and client success narratives under confidentiality.
• Produce sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, service-line materials, proposals.
• Build and maintain the editorial calendar aligned to quarterly priorities.
• Interview partners and clients to source original insights for a steady pipeline of ideas.
• Own the Embarc company LinkedIn page: posting cadence, growth, engagement, analytics.
• Plan and execute paid LinkedIn campaigns and audience-targeted efforts.
• Design visual assets in Canva and format presentations in PowerPoint to brand standards.
• Assist with marketing operations in HubSpot: emails, workflows, forms, landing pages.
• Maintain website content, SEO fundamentals, and data-driven reporting.
