Embarc Advisors is seeking a content marketing specialist with a finance focus. You will write and edit long-form thought leadership, ghostwrite for leaders, develop case studies, and produce sales-enablement assets to turn insights into qualified conversations.

This fully remote role requires 3-5+ years marketing inside or adjacent to investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. You will own LinkedIn and social campaigns, manage the editorial calendar, and create visuals in Canva

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in marketing, content, or communications with direct experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrably strong business writing with samples
• Working fluency in corporate finance concepts and deal process
• Hands-on LinkedIn marketing experience (organic and paid campaigns)

Responsibilities

• Content Writing & Thought Leadership: write/edit articles, market commentary, sector perspectives, and POV pieces on M&A and CFO topics
• Ghostwrite for managing partners and practice leaders with distinct voices
• Develop case studies and client success narratives within confidentiality constraints
• Produce sales-enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, service-line collateral, proposals
• Own editorial calendar aligned to quarterly rocks and practice priorities
• Interview partners and clients to source original insights for a robust idea pipeline
• LinkedIn & Social Media Marketing: manage company page, grow audience, run campaigns
• Light Design & Visual Production: Canva visuals, PowerPoint formatting, data visualization
• Marketing Execution & Operations: HubSpot emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms
• Maintain website, SEO basics, and marketing scorecard reporting
