A leading construction company is seeking a Finance Compliance Manager in Minneapolis to lead the compliance program for prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and partnering with various departments to mitigate compliance risks. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in prevailing wage or payroll compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Experience with IRA apprenticeship tracking/reporting preferred.

• Own the prevailing wage compliance program for applicable projects.
• Review contract requirements to determine IRA applicability.
• Directly manage and develop team members through training.
