Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring leader, seeks a VP of Finance to guide financial planning, analysis, and performance management for a key product group. You will partner with the Business Unit President to drive growth, pricing strategy, and operational excellence.

You’ll lead a finance team, develop KPIs and dashboards, and collaborate with product, commercial, and operations leaders to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
15+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
10+ years of management experience.
Strong strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Leads annual planning, forecasting, and monthly financial review for the product group.
Provides financial analysis and business insights to support initiatives and margin expansion.
Partners with product, commercial, and operations leaders to align financial strategies with goals.
Develops KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance.
Oversees financial modeling for pricing, capital planning, and new product launches.
Ensures accurate, timely reporting and variance analysis.
Leads and develops a team of finance professionals.
