Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking a Finance Co-op to participate in month-end close, variance analysis with external departments, travel reporting, budget file updates, and other tasks as needed. This role centers on financial planning and analysis and supports the Manager, FP&A.

This position will also assist with routine financial analyses and participate in special assignments, providing hands-on experience in budgeting and forecasting within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Able to meet deadlines and prepare accurate analyses and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist FP&A team in preparing BVAs for respective departments.
• Consolidate monthly AmEx reports for departmental analysis.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to forecast.
• Consolidate operating expenses by department and update budget files with actuals.
• Assist with rolling and updating quarterly forecast files with actuals.
• Follow policies and participate in finance projects as requested.
