Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Finance Co-op in Mason, OH to participate in month-end closing, variance analysis, and budget updates. You will assist the FP&A Manager and support routine financial analyses, contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.
Proficient with Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

Assist the FP&A team in preparing files for budget vs actuals (BVAs) for their respective departments.
Consolidation of monthly AmEx reports to be used for analysis by departmental leaders.
Variance fluctuation analysis on assigned departments with comparison of actuals to forecast.
Monthly consolidation of operating expenses by department, including updating budget files with actuals.
Assist with rolling and updating quarterly forecast refresh files with actuals.
Follow policies, procedures, and control enhancements related to assigned areas.
Participate in various Finance projects as requested.
