Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with assigned business areas on budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

You will work cross-functionally to analyze performance, explain variances and provide actionable insights to management. You will support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly close reviews with department owners, and develop KPIs aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel; strong PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and strong communication skills.
• Ability to summarize financial results and present clearly to partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner to assigned departments.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting, lead meetings and forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in monthly close with variance commentary and updates to partners.
• Analyze results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate to identify KPIs and metrics aligned with goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and processes.
