AtriCure, Inc. in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for assigned business areas.

You will partner with department leaders to develop budgets, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to management. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of FP&A or related finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to build financial models and present results clearly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation of financial results preferred.
• Self-motivated, high initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize financial results, explain variances, and prepare clear reports and presentations for business partners.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with interests in building strong business partnering relationships.
• Detail-oriented with appropriate organizational and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a financial business partner to assigned departments.
• Support the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments, including leading meetings, analyzing assumptions and preparing forecast updates.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supplemental information.
• Assist in the monthly close process by attending review meetings with department owners in conjunction with the accounting team, providing commentary on variances, and updating partner departments with results.
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, KPI development, operational performance metrics, and financial analysis processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and projects as requested by senior management
