Job summary

You will assist the Patient Services Manager and Revenue Cycle leadership, maintaining confidentiality and a proactive, safety-forward attitude while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year with electronic finance software.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, cash/revenue functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with 10-key by touch.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter/process invoices (Accounts Payable).
• Prepare statements/invoices for reimbursement, reconcile expenses to general ledger (Accounts Receivable).
• Record, maintain, reconcile check logs for revenue accounting.
• Process purchase orders for approval and handle purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate transfers and intercompany payments.
