Job summary

Advantage Health is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the Finance Department. You will manage Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions, enter data into the accounting system, and assist with monthly financial reporting.

Strong Excel skills and experience in accounting processes are required. This role requires attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand accounting terminology (credits, debits, AR/AP, closing, posting).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized, accuracy focused.

Responsibilities

• Process EFTs and cash receipts for Accounts Receivable daily.
• Reconcile electronic cash receipts monthly between PMS, bank, and accounting software.
• Prepare and enter cost allocations for invoices; vendor communications and payments.
• Enter GL transactions and assist in monthly financial reporting package.
