Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• TAMU systems experience (FAMIS, AggieBuy, Canopy, Emburse and IPayments).

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for one or more departments.
• Coordinates problem-solving and training for customers on tracking, payment issues or general expense questions.
• Communicates policies and procedures to assigned unit/department(s).
• Research policies, practices, and atypical transactions and makes recommendations as needed.
• May coordinate a specialized or complex task for one or more units.
