Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The program provides hands-on exposure to loan processes, regulatory training, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Interns will learn through structured assignments, attend meetings with leaders, and explore various branch operations careers while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Must pass criminal background history, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check by state insurance dept.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process basics.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Explore process-improvement projects in Branch Operations.
• Understand corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valued.
