Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in business, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in service center administration, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
• Highly proficient in Oracle and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in accounting practices such as payables and receivables.
• Effective and professional communication with clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Confirm that customer order entry information is correct, assign proper cost estimates and process order acknowledgments.
• Review client and project data in preparation of client billing.
• Issue client billing for the service center/region and review project status weekly.
• Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors to resolve local payable issues.
• Analyze financial and other data to develop recommendations to management.
• Consult with operational management to identify data needs to meet objectives, improve reporting.
• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
• Oversee project aspects including Field Work Orders, expenses, and proposal pipeline data.
• Investigate intermediate network admin duties related to troubleshooting hardware/software, upgrades, and backups.
• Shipping and receiving at local Service Center.
• Record retention according to Vertiv policy and maintain financial reports.
