Job summary

Farther is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to help keep financial and operational data clean, current, and useful. You’ll work directly with the Revenue Operations Manager and Finance to run monthly reports, pull data with Python/SQL, and build insights for decision-making.

You’ll gain coaching and hands-on projects with a clear path toward data analyst or data science work in finance and AI. This is a great place to grow in wealth management and fintech.

Qualifications

• Interest in finance or wealth management and desire to build in it.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics or related field and at least one internship.
• Intermediate Python and SQL, comfortable reading code and using AI to write and debug it.
• Coachable, quick learner with attention to detail and integrity with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly financial and operational reports using established frameworks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Pull data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs with Python/SQL to spot trends and answer questions.
• Check data quality so stakeholders can trust what they see.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and automate repeat work.
• Support ad hoc requests from Finance, Revenue Operations, and partner teams; explain findings clearly.
