Farther Finance, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to help keep data clean, current, and useful. You’ll work with the Revenue Operations Manager to run monthly reporting, analyze underlying numbers, and grow toward data analyst or data science work in finance and AI.

You’ll pull data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs with SQL and Python, ensure data quality, and use AI tools to speed up analysis while handling ad hoc Finance requests.

Qualifications

• Interest in finance or wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or another quantitative field with at least one internship.
• Intermediate Python and SQL; comfortable reading code and using AI to assist analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity with numbers.
• Coachable, motivated, and quick to learn with feedback.

Responsabilités

• Run monthly financial and operational reports using established frameworks; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Pull data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs with SQL and Python to spot trends and answer questions.
• Check data quality so stakeholders can trust the numbers.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and automate repeat tasks.
• Support ad hoc requests from Finance, Revenue Operations, and partner teams; explain findings clearly.
