Job summary

Mossy Nissan Poway is seeking a Finance and BDC Assistant to enter and process vehicle finance deals and prepare all required paperwork. The role supports the Finance and BDC departments and handles inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and CRM maintenance. Base pay is $22.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
People skills that contribute to effective communication.
Prompt and courteous in interactions.
Enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude.
Must have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Promote understanding of and commitment to client satisfaction and the Mossy team.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads to schedule appointments with the sales department.
Participate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
