Responsibilities

• Enter and process vehicle finance deals and complete paperwork.
• Review deals for accuracy and obtain missing information.
• Prepare files for submission and funding.
• Assist BDC with inbound/outbound calls and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and follow up on leads.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to resources.
