Job summary

Mossy Auto Group is seeking a Finance and BDC Assistant to accurately enter and process vehicle finance deals, prepare documentation, and ensure funding readiness. You will also handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer information in the CRM.

Role supports Finance and BDC departments with no primary vehicle sales responsibilities, offering a base pay of $22.00/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Promotes a strong commitment to client satisfaction and Mossy team.
• Prompt and courteous interactions with customers.
• Enthusiastic personality and professional demeanor.
• Strong computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote understanding of and commitment to client satisfaction and Mossy team.
• Respond quickly to inquiries using emails, phone, and live chat scripts/templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments with the sales department.
• Participate in team and process development sessions and maintain positive relationships.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
