Job summary

Tower Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Automation Analyst to research, analyze, and optimize large data sets for financial decision making. You will manage Fiserv Risk & Performance and related financial systems while designing automated solutions across RPA, reconciliations, and reporting platforms.

The role involves partnering with Finance leadership, evaluating processes for automation, and ensuring governance, controls, and audit readiness across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, business systems analysis, automation, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge in UiPath, Frontier, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Fiserv Risk & Performance application or similar systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, NCUA rules, and general ledger transaction flow.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements scalable automation solutions using UiPath (RPA) and Frontier (automated reconciliations).
• Partners with Finance leadership to identify automated opportunities across Finance systems and processes.
• Evaluates business processes and recommends automation and system enhancements.
• Monitors, tests, and optimizes automation performance and resolves system issues.
• Provides technical leadership for automation initiatives.
