Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Process Analyst to translate data into actionable insights that streamline Finance operations and inform senior leadership decisions. You will design, build and maintain finance workflows and tooling using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in Finance or BI, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL, Power BI and Excel; Python and additional automation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in Finance, BI, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI and Excel; Python, Power Automate and RPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to recommend and implement process improvements that streamline Finance operations.
• Design, build and maintain finance processes, tools and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA.
• Translate data into actionable insights through clear, concise summaries and present strategic findings to senior leadership.
