Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or closely related field with a minimum of five years’ experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, including process discovery, feasibility analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for intelligent automation, mentoring Automation Analyst I staff and providing direction on solution design reviews.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into strategic and scalable automation solutions that improve organizational operations.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, solution designs, workflows, and governance artifacts.
• Design and oversee implementation of AI-enhanced automations, including Copilot agents and copiloted workflows, intelligent document processing, OCR, AI-assisted decision logic and natural language interfaces.
