Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Junior Finance Associate in Houston, TX, to represent lenders, borrowers, private equity funds, and financial institutions in sophisticated financing transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. Texas Bar admission or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of finance experience at a peer law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, or secured lending transactions.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for or waive into the Texas Bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate borrowers and issuers in financing transactions.
• Work on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
• Engage in acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, and other debt arrangements.
• Collaborate with partners on high-profile transactions across industries.
