Qualifications

• 1-3 years of finance experience at a peer law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, or secured lending.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate borrowers and issuers on financing transactions.
• Work on domestic and cross-border matters.
• Collaborate on acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
• Engage in high-yield debt offerings and secured lending transactions.
• Provide direct client exposure and hands-on experience.
