Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a Finance Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Finance section in Austin, TX. In this role, you will represent lenders, borrowers, private equity funds, and financial institutions in sophisticated financing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. The position offers direct client exposure and opportunities to work on high-profile transactions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant finance experience at a peer law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, or secured lending transactions.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for or waive into the Texas Bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate borrowers and issuers in complex financing transactions.
• Work on domestic and cross-border matters, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
• Collaborate on high-yield debt offerings with issuers and underwriters.
• Engage in lender- and borrower-side representations across various industries.
