Qualifications

• 3-5 years of real estate finance experience.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex loan agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate construction, acquisition, bridge, and permanent loan facilities secured by commercial real estate.
• Handle syndicated and participated mortgage loan facilities.
• Prepare intercreditor and co-lender agreements, subordination arrangements, guaranty documentation, and opinion letters.
• Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate transactions from structuring through closing.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
