Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid‑level to senior finance associate for its Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience handling complex and high‑value financing transactions.

Represent banks and lenders, advise sponsors and borrowers on debt financing, and participate in senior, mezzanine, and secured lending, as well as acquisitions and project financings, in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance experience in law or related field.
• Experience with private credit and alternative capital transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with data center financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent banks and private lenders in financing transactions.
• Advise sponsors and borrowers on debt financing.
• Engage in senior, mezzanine, and junior secured lending.
• Participate in acquisition and leveraged financings.
• Handle reserve-based lending and project financings.
• Work on securitizations and structured financings.
