The role involves advising clients on capital transactions, debt restructurings, and complex financing deals, working with private equity sponsors, lenders and borrowers, and contributing to cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries.
• Participate in debt restructuring matters for both debtors and creditors.
• Work with credit investors on structuring novel credit investments.
• Assist private equity sponsors with leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
• Engage in senior secured debt, high yield, and bridge financings.
