• Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions.
• Desire to work as part of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors.
• Strong law school credentials and relevant sophisticated law firm experience.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, proactive team player.
• Confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
• Massachusetts bar admission or ability to waive into the bar.
