Mid-Level (3–6 Years PQE)

Compensation: $180,000–$245,000

A well-established and highly regarded New England law firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Finance Associate to join its dynamic and sophisticated business law practice in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment while working on complex and varied finance transactions.

The Practice

The group advises financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a broad range of transactions, including:

• Asset‑based and corporate financings
• Commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions
• Renewable energy financings
• Loan and credit agreements
• Interest rate swaps and participation agreements
• Intercreditor and subordination arrangements

The team offers hands‑on deal exposure and the opportunity to grow into a client‑facing role within a leaner structure that values ownership and accountability.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3–6 years of relevant commercial finance experience
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or developers
• Strong drafting skills across loan and credit documentation
• Familiarity with complex real estate and structured finance matters
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months)
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
