A premium Vault ranked law firm are looking to onboard a well-rounded Finance Associate into their Boston, Massachusetts office. They welcome applicants that are looking to relocate to Massachusetts.

They are open to candidates who have any finance experience including the following: leveraged finance, structure finance/securitization, real estate finance, asset finance, corporate finance, aviation finance. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an elite Chambers ranked practice group.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries is required.
• The candidate should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing and investment matters.
• Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, along with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
• Associates must have a high degree of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and be a pro-active team player.
• An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.
• Be admitted to the Massachusetts bar, or ability to waive into the bar.
