LHH in Boston is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its office. The role focuses on sophisticated financing matters for lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and funds, with opportunities to engage on a broad range of transactions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in debt financing, leveraged or acquisition finance, and strong drafting and communication skills. Massachusetts Bar admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of corporate finance or related transactional experience.
• Experience with debt financing, commercial lending, leveraged or acquisition finance, private credit, secured lending, venture debt or related transactions.
• Experience may be lender-, borrower-, or sponsor-side.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively with partners and clients.
• Massachusetts Bar admission preferred.

• Other sophisticated commercial financing transactions
