LHH Legal is partnering exclusively with the Corporate Practice Group Leader of a middle-market, full-service firm in Chicago on an unposted search for a Commercial Finance Associate Attorney.

We have assisted five attorneys join this firm in the past year.

The Firm is Seeking an Associate with:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, including asset‑based lending, acquisition financing, and structured finance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating ancillary documents (Letters of Intent, Disclosure Letters, Deed of Guarantees, Assignments, Amendments, Disclosure Letters, Disclosure Schedules, Completion Agenda, Stock Transfer Forms, Escrow Agreements, Transition Services Agreements, etc.) and primary/foundational forms (Share Purchase Agreement, Promissory Notes, Loan Security Agreements, etc.).
• Admission to the Illinois Bar
