LHH Legal is partnering exclusively with the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group Leader of a middle‑market, full‑service firm in Chicago on a search for a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
We have assisted five attorneys join this firm in the past year.
- Compensation: Anticipated base salary range is $175,000–$200,000, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long‑term disability, transit and dependent care benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
- Work‑Life Balance: With an average billable hour requirement of approximately 1,600 hours, the firm prioritizes attorney well‑being and sustainable workloads.

- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, and construction contracts
