Job summary

LHH is working with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking to grow their Banking & Finance group in New York. They are seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters across multiple practice areas, including finance, corporate, and real estate. This role offers significant client exposure, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility in sophisticated transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Banking & Finance or related practice area.
• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible for admission.
• Strong drafting and transaction management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a diverse range of banking & finance transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and close sophisticated financing documents.
• Coordinate with partners and clients to manage matters end-to-end.
