LHH is partnering with a sophisticated boutique firm in New York City on a search for a banking/lending associate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial and secured lending, with strong drafting and negotiation skills around credit agreements and related loan documentation. This role is best suited for a lender-side banking attorney who represents banks and financial institutions, often as agent on large syndicated transactions. These deals range from hundreds of millions to billions, and you will take a lead role in deal execution and client management
