Job description

LHH is assisting a respected regional law firm in its search for a Finance Associate Attorney to join its growing finance practice in New Brunswick, NJ.

This attorney will work directly with a collaborative team of partners on a broad range of commercial financing transactions, including representing lenders and borrowers, drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing due diligence, and managing closings.

Candidate Requirements

• Active NJ bar admission required; NY preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
