Beacon Hill is seeking mid-level Finance Associates to join leading AmLaw 200 finance, lending, and private credit practices across New York and Washington DC. You will work on sophisticated financing transactions for lenders, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers, collaborating with nationally recognized practitioners on market-leading matters.

The work includes leveraged finance, private credit, loan documentation, syndicated loans, and general corporate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance experience from an AmLaw 200 firm.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and transaction execution.
• Experience representing lenders, private credit funds, or financial institutions.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers, security agreements, and related financing documents.
