Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is hiring a Business Assistant on our Havana Campus. This full-time, hourly position includes Saturdays, with starting pay $19.29–$24.00 per hour.

You will join a high-volume team supporting car financing and contracts to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include receipt of cash deposits, submitting credit applications, packaging, scanning and funding contracts, maintaining the CIT account, sending contracts for remittance daily, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Mathematical aptitude required.
• Interest in finance loan processing or credit report experience is a plus.
• Ability to work beyond regular shift to complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Package, scan and fund contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; log unfunded deals in the software.
• Send/scan Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to meet the One Hour promise time for customers.
• This position works with sales staff and does not directly interact with customers.

The Business Assistant team plays a crucial role in the sales process by efficiently and accurately handling car financing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. What you will do:

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
