Job summary

Schomp Mazda in Aurora, CO is seeking a precise Business Assistant to support the sales financing process in a high-volume dealership. You will accurately receipt cash deposits, submit credit applications, and manage contracts to ensure timely funding, working closely with the sales team to maintain accuracy.

This hourly role with a Saturday shift includes comprehensive training, vehicle/service discounts, and a pathway to professional growth within Schomp Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail with strong math aptitude.
• Experience in Finance Loan processing or credit reports is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime to complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Package, scan and fund contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.

What you will do:
