Qualifications

• Experience in finance or automotive dealership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Managers with preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance and lease documents.
• Verify customer information, income proofs, insurance, and compliance forms.
• Manage contracts, DMV paperwork, and deal jackets for accuracy.
• Input financial data into dealership systems (DMS/CRM).
• Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding missing documents or approvals.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Support daily administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
• Ensure adherence to dealership policies, legal requirements, and lender guidelines.
