Schomp Automotive is seeking a Finance Assistant at the Aurora Havana Campus. You will process financing activities, receive deposits, and fund contracts to support a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment with Schomp Mazda and related brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the CIT account; update notes in the software for unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to meet the One Hour promise time to customers.
• Work directly with sales staff; does not interact directly with customers.
