Job summary

CLA is a leading professional services firm providing accounting and business technology solutions. We seek a Business & Accounting Applications Analyst to implement, support, and optimize finance and accounting software across clients and CLA professionals.

You will bridge business needs with cloud-based applications, drive automation, and collaborate with vendors and technical teams. The role offers exposure to evolving accounting tech and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
2 years experience in customer service support required.
2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Application Implementation and Configuration: configure and optimize finance, accounting, expense management, and reporting applications; manage settings, roles, permissions, workflows, and preferences.
Application Support and Troubleshooting: serve as subject matter resource; troubleshoot issues; escalate complex issues to vendors or internal resources.
Process Improvement and Knowledge Management: identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation; apply AI-enabled tools; create knowledge articles and guides; contribute to continuous improvement of resources.
